We specialize in residential rooftop and ground-mount solar installations. We take care of everything, including working with your municipality and electric utility to permit and connect your system to the grid. We typically schedule projects out at least 2 months and the installation takes a couple days to a week, depending on the size of your system. Some years our schedule is fully booked by early summer, so please don’t delay in letting us know if you would like to do a project this year.

We fully install all projects without the use of subcontractors. We do everything from roof work to electrical work, and also designs and city permitting.

We are based in Madison, Wisconsin and cover a large area of southern Wisconsin, including all of Dane, Sauk, Columbia, and Iowa counties and parts of Rock, Green, Richland, Dodge, and Jefferson Counties.

If you decide to move forward with a project, this is what you can expect.

The initial process is as follows:

• Complete our free estimate form

• Receive an estimate

• A site visit at your home

• Receive a firm quote

• Move forward with paperwork and a deposit

When your project is 1-2 months away from installation, we will:

• Complete a system design

• Get a city/township permit

• Secure electric utility approval

After your system has been installed, we will:

• Coordinate an inspection with the city/township

• Coordinate the commissioning process with your electric utility

• Be available for future questions and concerns

• Warranty our work for the next 5 years
